I enjoyed my couples massage so much that I booked another massage on my last day. The vibe was incredibly chill and the music was very relaxing. The adult infinity edge pool overlooking the bay was a dream. The staff brought complimentary popsicles and smoothies by daily. We typically arrived after lunch and never had an issue with getting front row seats. The family pool was huge it felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves. Coffee, pastries and gelato at Paletas was a treat. Our favorites included the tuna ceviche, sea bass, steak tacos, oysters with habanero mignonette and rotisserie chicken gyro. We enjoyed beachfront dining and live music at Marea. The kids made crafts daily like picture frames, painted pots and slime. The kids had so much fun they never wanted to leave at pick up time. Every time we needed them they somehow appeared out of nowhere with a warm smile.ĭaniella and the Paintbox kids club staff was exceptional. They helped arrange all of our restaurant reservations, transportation and childcare with ease. Our personal butlers, Rene and Scarlet, ensured every wish was taken care of. Fresh fruit was provided daily.Īll the thoughtful touches and anticipatory service far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, there were personalized embroidered pillows for each of our children on their bed. Highlights are the spa bathroom with outdoor shower and expansive balcony overlooking the Santa Maria Bay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Shortly after we were whisked away via golf cart to select our ocean view room. Our children were thrilled to collect Montage Merit badges and were delightfully surprised by a toy train arriving full of ocean themed stuffed animals for their choosing. Checkin was a breeze overlooking the beautiful ocean. We were warmly greeted by the gracious staff and offered not 1, but 2 welcome drinks. This is a top-notch resort by all accounts, including attentive service, gorgeous property, amazing amenities, delicious food and overall wonderful experience.įrom the moment we arrived we felt immediately at home in this serene and tranquil resort.
